Create your organization

This sets up your own space on this instance — your learners, volunteers and matches, kept separate from every other organization here. You'll land straight in your admin dashboard, with a public sign-up link ready to send out.

Before you start: you will be holding people's personal data

Learners and volunteers will trust you with contact details, languages and, sometimes, sensitive circumstances. By creating an organization you take responsibility for handling that lawfully (for example under GDPR/UK GDPR or your local law): only collect what you need, keep sign-in details private, never share a portal link, and report any suspected breach. Learners in a match with another organization's volunteer are visible to both organizations' coordinators. Read the privacy and security notice.
